Kilgore Counseling Center offers workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements led by Executive Director Dr. Megan Paxton, a licensed clinical psychologist and behavioral health executive with experience in clinical leadership, organizational development, trauma informed care, workforce wellbeing, and mental health systems.

 

Dr. Paxton provides engaging, thoughtful, and practical presentations designed to help organizations, leaders, schools, churches, healthcare systems, and community groups better understand the intersection of mental health, leadership, communication, resilience, relationships, and organizational culture.
