Congregational Care

 

Kilgore Counseling Center provides consultation, education, and support services for congregations, faith communities, clergy, and church leadership seeking to strengthen the emotional wellbeing and connection of their communities.

 

We recognize that churches and faith communities often serve as important sources of support during times of stress, transition, grief, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, and mental health concerns. Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to the unique culture, needs, and goals of each congregation.

  • Workshops focused on anxiety, depression, and emotional wellness
  • Addiction education and family support programs

Our Approach

Our clinicians and consultants bring experience in psychology, counseling, behavioral health, addiction support, family systems, trauma informed care, and pastoral support. We work collaboratively with churches and ministry leaders to develop thoughtful, practical, and emotionally supportive programming for congregations and communities.

 

Services may be offered in person or virtually and can range from single workshops and presentations to ongoing consultation and educational partnerships.

Fees & Insurance

Congregational care services may be offered on a fee based, reduced fee, or pro bono basis depending on the type of program, audience, organizational partnership, and scope of services requested.
